Who we are

Sage Family Vacations is a personalized family vacation research and matching service. Contact: sagetravelinquiries@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a Vacation Match request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, travel dates, departure airport, number of adults, number of children, children's ages, total budget, whether your budget includes flights, trip type, destination ideas and preferences.

Please don't send passport details, payment cards or passwords. We never ask for them.

How we use it

We use your request only to research options and reply to you by email. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

We use AI tools to help research options and draft our replies.

Where your request goes

Your request is emailed to our inbox (sagetravelinquiries@gmail.com, a Google Gmail account), and a backup copy is stored in a secure Cloudflare database. Both copies are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Spam protection

Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Turnstile processes technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't store that information.

Website measurement

We record page views, form submissions and clicks on our Expedia links as simple event records. They don't include names, email addresses, IP addresses or anything you type into the form, and we don't use cookies for this.

Expedia

When you click an Expedia link you leave our site. Expedia handles booking and payment under its own privacy policy and terms.

How long we keep it

We keep Vacation Match requests for 12 months, then delete them (sooner if you ask).

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request at any time by emailing sagetravelinquiries@gmail.com.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
